Talent ACS was built from around 20 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition, recruiting strategy, training, and workforce consulting. Our founder's diverse recruiting and talent acquisition experience, has supported organizations across a variety of industries including engineering and construction, healthcare technology, staffing, marketing and advertising, education/training, retail, IT, and corporate professional services.

Having lived and worked in markets across North America including Canada, Mexico and Various United States cities (Tulsa, Kansas City, Dallas, Boston, and Pennsylvania), we understand that every workforce, company culture, and talent challenge is different. Our Founder has worked as an entry level and front end employee, as well as excelled in leadership and training roles. This experience has provided a broad perspective on how organizations attract, engage, develop, and retain their people.
